Return & Exchange Policy – Smell Good Factory

Thank you for shopping with Smell Good Factory. We want you to feel confident with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any used or opened soap products.

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Opened or used products
  • Items not in original condition
  • Final sale items (if applicable)
